All kitchens include refrigerator, countertop gas burners, microwave, coffeemaker and toaster as well as pots and pans, plates, cutlery, etc. All units are equipped with CD/cassette player and high-speed Internet access.

The ground floor 3-bedroom apartment has a king-size bed and two twins in each of the other bedrooms, while the second floor 3-bedroom has a queen and twins. The two-bedroom apartments have one king-size bed and two twin-size each.

The three one-bedroom units are priced differently in the table below. The first apartment is located on the ground floor and has a queen-size bed; the second apartment is larger, is located on the second floor and has a balcony, satellite TV, countertop burners and a queen-size bed; the third is on the second floor and has its own separate access, two balconies, satellite TV, a full-size range and a king-size bed.
