Jaltemba Bay Rentals
An overview map of Jaltemba Bay
To help visitors and the curious understand the layout of our area, I've constructed this map covering the extent of la Bahía de Jaltemba. You can now see how Los Ayala, Rincón de Guayabitos and La Peñita de Jaltemba are situated in respect to each other and the locations of a few other popular spots such as Playa el Naranjo at the northern end of the Bay.

Much of the map data comes from the 1:50,000 scale topographical map F13C49 issued by the Mexican government mapping agency Instituto Nacional de Estadística, Geografía e Informática (INEGI) and named features are the official names, not necessarily how locals refer to them (e.g. Isla la Peña, THE landmark for everyone who's been here, is usually "la isla" or "la islita" or "the island").

Contour lines represent 20 meters, with a darker contour at each 100 meters. Broken blue lines represent seasonal waterways, i.e. streams which flow only during the rainy season from approximately late June to late October.
